God has blessed us so richly as we spend time with family and friends, and as Rob goes for his biofeedback treatments in Vancouver. We are so thankful too for my parents who have been watching the girls the last few days (and nights) as we've been in town going to appointments for Rob. It been like a little mini holiday that Rob & I have had here. Yesterday we went for a bike ride around the Stanley Park Seawall and the day before that we enjyed saoking up the sun on the waterfront by Canada Place! Thanks mom and dad!!! We know the girls are having so much fun...going to the zoo, Chuck E Cheese, MacDonalds, jumping on the trampoline etc. with you!! They probably haven't even missed us at all yet!

A week and a half that is all you have been gone...it feels so much longer. Camp is lonely without you guys! We are glad you are having a good time but we look forward to having you come home again! Take care and give the girls hugs from us & Soccs...he is going through Josie and Jenna withdrawls :)
