VBS

This week the girls went to VBS at our church...their first VBS experience!! They loved it and kept asking if they could go again next year! They learned, with the help of Veggie Tales, how to be Heros for God. they learned about heros in the Bible and how they can become heros too. It's amazing how much they absorb at such a young age! They came home singing the songs and telling us all about the Bible characters they had learned about. The girls loved digging for treasures (that they could really keep) in the sand, and wading in the pool, making crafts and special snacks. It was really well done! (it felt wierd being the "parent" taking the picture of her kids with the teacher...I'm used to being the teacher getting her picture taken BY the parents with their kids at preschool graduations)
